I recommend that all the staff wear their masks properly over their noses. As a mom of an infant I was so sad to see that none of the front desk staff or the medical assistant taking care of my baby had their masks over their noses. I had been debating whether to postpone my infant’s vaccine until the omicron variant spike had gone down significantly, but I decided to take the risk and get it done. The irony of us being exposed while getting care to prevent my baby getting sick was not lost on me, that was sad. I should have said something while we were there, but I was too shy. I could have made a lot of people safer if I had just spoken up.

Dr. Heather has been the pediatrician of both my children for the past 20 years. She is caring and thorough with every examination and takes the time to connect and answer all questions. she speaks to the patients and establishes a trusting relationship. I trust her judgement and abilities. she makes appropriate referrals and is always responsive to calls. Never a problem scheduling appointments, staff is friendly, waiting room child friendly. wait time can be lengthy sometimes but worth it.

She is extremely well versed in all areas of general pediatric medicine and is both thorough and precise in her assessments and recommendations. All three of my children are under her care and I am happy to have found her. I will not change her for anything in this world especially with how attentive, detailed and caring she is with my youngest who was born with multiple anomalies and she makes sure to give my daughter the most ultimate care as possible. love her!!!!

The best doctor in the practice / group friendly, patient, clear and understanding. Listens well knows her patients very well. I don't have a bad thing to say. Had experiences with the other doctors when she was out on maternity. No comparison she's the best by far.
