Had a really great experience meeting Samantha to address my son’s skin concerns. She is very patient, responsive, and shows she truly care! The appointment did not felt rush at all. Dr. Casselman is one of the best! We have been seeing her for over a year now. She is extremely knowlegable, but also cares so much, and it shows! We have a son with severe autism and she has always been so amazing and patient with him. Once established, she offers alternative appointment types as well. It makes life so much easier, especially for busy moms!
Dr. Sam was amazing at calming our fears and spending time to go over our concerns with our son’s hair loss. I appreciated her kindness and connection. She spoke to me, mother to mother, not just a short Dr. response. You don’t get that level of care anymore and because of that, we will certainly continue to come back to her for all our dermatology needs!
We took our son Liam who was 18 months old at the time for his first appointment with Dr. Casselman back in January 2024. He had been having skin issues that kept being dismissed at his pediatricians office with no answers or solutions being given of what the cause was on these outbreaks. Feeling concerned my husband and I decided to take matters in to our own hands and get a consultation with a specialist. Truly blessed to have found Dr. Samantha Casselman. I felt like she really cared to explain my daughters Alopecia to me. She is so smart and gave me all the options that i can decide as a parent. She is an amazing for your little ones. I drove pretty far just to see her and would do it again for any of my kids. My daughter is asking to go again to see her and to also feed the fishes that are at the building she works out of. :-)
