I just transferred from a huge conglomerate health care system to FirstMed Roanoke. We have used FirstMed for emergency situations when our other conglomerate was unable to get us in. had my first physical today and can not say enough good things! Rylee was so amazing. She was professional, informative and so patient to take the time to answer any questions I had! Dr. Martinez was awesome, he really took time to go over everything. I am so thankful I made this move and look forward to competent, timely healthcare. FirstMed please keep Rylee, she is a gem!!!

Ed and Diane are amazing, very thorough and explain everything but I am giving a 3 stars at this point because the front end. I have called several time and get no answer or call back after leaving a message. This has happened on multiple occasions. How am I supposed to make Dr appts when I’m at work if no one answers. I understand that if a patient is in front of them, they won’t answer but you can not tell me they ALWAYS have a patient.

I have gone to FirstMed on several occasions and am blown away by the awesome care I have been given. Edward and Diana both have seen me and they are top notch in their field. I finally made FirstMed my PCP and can't wait for my first appointment. All of the staff are amazing from the front desk to MA's and of coursed Edward and Diana. Thank you for being in this area.

My family and I have been to see y’all several times. This last time, I tested positive for COVID and the staff was right there helping me through the next steps including getting me setup for infusion. Thank you for taking care of my family.

We were refered to this clinic by my mate Peyonce. We called on the way home from my son's school and they were able to get us in immediately. The two young ladies at the front desk were both friendly and courteous. The PA was great with my son and the MA and Nurse were both top-notch even when they gave the dreaded strep test and injection. Thank you for taking such good care of my family!
