Dr Jeff is fantastic. I have been working with him for 20 years and he always digs deeper. The amount of brilliance lodged into his brain is fascinating, and I never leave without learning something and just in general feeling more hopeful. He has helped me with Lyme Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Neurological issues, hormonal issues, kid's medical issues, chicken pox, and answered countless questions! Thank you, Dr. Jeff.

I was diagnosed with POTS as a young adult. Although I learned to live with it, I never felt very good. I also had been on a birth control pill for nearly a decade and my blood pressure had begun to creep up. After being told by my OB/GYN that it wasn't a big deal and medication could be added to control the high blood pressure, I decided to seek out a new approach to my health. Dr. Jeff was able to see me within a week. He reviewed my medical records and did some nutritional panels/hormone panels. He helped my get off the birth control pill, lower my blood pressure to normal, and prescribed some infusions that have left me feeling the best I have felt in 20 years. What a relief! I'm very thankful for his caring personality and the wealth of knowledge he uses to help so many. What a beautiful, balanced approach to wellness!

After having surgery in January of 2018, I began researching for a means to better health. At which time I also began searching for a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kotulski came highly recommended by another health care professional that I have used for several years. I have now been a patient under Dr. Kotulski’s care for two years. In each of my appointments, I’ve found Dr Kotulski to be a patient and careful listener in order to answer any question (s) that I may have. During each of my appointments, Dr. Kotulski has always presented himself in a very professional manner, while making me feel truly supported in my journey to better health. I feel confident and safe under Dr. Kotulski’s care and direction! He is humble and compassionate, with a sense of humor when appropriate. I truly respect and highly recommend “Dr. Jeff.”

Dr. Jeff is nothing short of amazing. He is a functional D. O., so his knowledge of how to support the body to work properly is amazing. I don't know if my wife would still be with us if it wasn't for his willingness to perform testing that the allopathic medical Dr's weren't willing to perform (due to insurance restrictions). His office doesn't accept insurance, which free's him up to do what's necessary to get to the root cause of any issue, and then treat the cause not just the symptoms. He's always busy but willing to make sure that you get the one on one time necessary to feel like you're not just "another patient". That's why he only got a 4 for punctuality (you may have to wait). His passion, compassion, sense of humor and understanding is unmatched by any Dr. I've EVER seen. I highly recommend him.

I have been receiving treatment from Dr. Kotulski for the past several years, and I couldn’t be happier. He is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and what your body needs to get to a more healthy state. Highly recommended! I drive several hours to see him, and it is totally worth the drive to find someone so down to earth, honest and supportive of my health needs.

Dr Jeff is very knowledgeable and has a holistic approach to medicine. He can treat with medication but will always recommend natural, non-pharmaceutical options if they are viable. He takes time to listen, explain and advise. The wait is often long, but worth it.

He is an absolutely wonderful doctor. His angle in getting at the root of the problems instead of just masking the symptoms is incredible. I trust him more than any Dr out there. What he says goes in my book!
